Sarah Bell joined the BIS General Manager's Office in January 2019 after working in the CPMI Secretariat. Prior to joining the BIS, she spent 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY). Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff to William Dudley, former President of the FRBNY. Before that, Sarah worked on a variety of financial stability issues and crisis management projects, and was seconded for two years to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. She completed her graduate studies in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and her undergraduate studies at Princeton University.
