Organisation and governance

The CGFS reports to the Global Economy Meeting (GEM). As the CGFS's oversight body, the GEM, with support from the Economic Consultative Committee, appoints the Chair, receives the Committee's reports and decides on publication, and provides guidance on work priorities. The Committee's Secretariat is hosted and supported by the BIS in Basel.
