Renzo Corrias joined the FSI in 2025. Prior to joining the FSI, he was a member of the Secretariat of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, supporting the Basel Committee's work on policy development, macroprudential issues, cryptoassets and risks and vulnerabilities assessment. Prior to the BIS, Renzo worked in various roles at the European Central Bank and the Bank of England, where he was involved in a wide range of financial stability policy and financial regulation initiatives. Renzo received a bachelor's degree in economics from LUISS university in Rome, and an MPhil degree in economics from the University of Oxford.
