Paul Wong joined the CPMI Secretariat in early 2016. Prior to the BIS, he spent more than a decade at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System working on domestic and international payment-, clearing- and settlement-related issues. He completed his graduate studies in business administration and public policy at the University of Michigan and his undergraduate studies in economics at Swarthmore College.
