Former Senior Economist

Mark Carlson arrived at the BIS in August 2014. Prior to coming to the BIS, he was an economist in the Monetary Affairs Division of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. He received his PhD from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001.
