This chapter reviews the activities of the Bank and the international groups it hosts over the past year. These activities focus on the promotion of cooperation among central banks and other financial authorities, and the provision of financial services to central bank customers. The chapter also presents an overview of significant developments in the internal organisation and management of the Bank. The reports mentioned in this chapter, as well as most of the Bank’s research output, are available on the BIS website (www.bis.org) or, on request, in hard copy.
