The Basel Committee's Research Task Force (RTF) has set up a scientific committee that will issue Calls for Research Proposals on SSRN's Financial Economics Network (FEN) and the Committee's website. This publication describes the process that will be followed to review and select proposals for research that use Basel III monitoring data.
