About the media centre

The BIS media centre provides journalists with access to media releases, embargoed materials and interview opportunities to support their coverage of BIS activities. We also offer seminars on the work of the BIS and hosted associations and a weekly summary of planned external activities and publications.

What we offer

If you are a journalist and would like to receive media releases and access to material under embargo, please fill in the media registration form.

For interview requests, please send an email with the following information:

Name of the person you wish to interview
The topic you are writing about
Proposed date and place
The main questions you would like to ask

We occasionally hold one-day seminars for journalists focusing on the work of the BIS, the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision and the Financial Stability Board, and on BIS research and statistics. Please contact us for information about future seminars.
