BOT-BIS conference “Central Banking amidst Shifting Ground”
The Bank of Thailand and the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) are co-hosting the BOT 80th Anniversary BOT-BIS conference, themed “Central Banking amidst Shifting Ground,” focusing on the role of central banks in addressing future challenges, including economic conditions, inflation, new financial innovations, and the role of central banks in combating climate change.

The Bank of Thailand (BOT) and Bank for International Settlements (BIS) hosted a high-level conference on "Central Banking amidst Shifting Ground". The conference brought together global leaders from public and private sectors and senior officials from the financial industry to discuss key issues facing central banks, covering global economy, inflation, how technologies are shaping the financial system and the role of central banks in combating climate change.
The conference took place on 2 December 2022 at the Bank of Thailand Building 2. Sessions were livestreamed through the BOT Facebook and Youtube channels.
