Pamela Pogliani joined the BIS in 2016. Prior to her current role she worked in the International Banking and Financial Statistics unit and in the BIS representative office in Hong Kong SAR. Before joining the BIS she worked in the Statistics Division of the ECB. Pamela holds a MSc from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a BA from Bocconi University.
