Frederic Boissay joined the BIS on 1 January 2016 from the Financial Research Division of the European Central Bank. He holds a PhD and amaster's degree in economics from the Paris School of Economics and an advanced degree in statistics and economics from the Paris Graduate School of Economics, Statistics, and Finance (ENSAE).
