Annual Economic Report
The Annual Economic Report is the BIS's main economic review of the year. It presents commentary on the global economy and outlines policy challenges. Since 2018 the BIS has published its Annual Report (on BIS activities and financial performance) and the Annual Economic Report as separate titles.
A special chapter of our Annual Economic Report has been released on 23 June.
The full Annual Economic Report, to be released on 28 June, will examine how the global economy is faring as progress meets rising perils – including a new fiscal–financial stability nexus and shifting inflation dynamics.
