Getting to the hotel


The conference hotel is located on the lake side near the station and can be reached by taxi in a few minutes or on foot in less than ten minutes. Taxis are readily available in front of Lucerne's main railway station.

Breakfasts, lunches and dinners

Breakfast is included in your room rate.

Thursday 23 June: cocktail and informal barbecue (Palace Hotel, terrace of restaurant "Les Artistes").

Friday 24 June: buffet lunch (Palace Hotel, Foyer and Restaurant "Les Artistes").

Friday 24 June: a formal dinner will be held at St Charles Hall (departure by boat at 18:45, crossing approximately 30 minutes).

Spouses and partners are welcome to join participants for all meals.

Partners' programme

Friday 24 June (09:15-15:30): excursion to mountain Pilatus (meet in hotel lobby at 09:00).

Other hotel services

All other hotel services (laundry, mini-bar, etc) are available at your own cost. 

What do I wear?

For the conference and the formal dinner "business attire" dress would be appropriate; for the partners' programme casual dress, a warm jacket and comfortable shoes.

Conference secretariat

Secretariat members will be available throughout the conference for assistance and will act as a contact point for all incoming messages to participants. They will be located in the back office next to the Conference room.
