Download central bankers' speeches
The BIS publishes select speeches delivered by senior central bankers. To assist researchers, the BIS offers a pre-compiled full text extract of the speeches delivered by central bankers since 1996.
Access to the files can be via manual download (below) or programmatically, using the BIS open source library gingado. Steps to download using the library are provided below.
In providing these downloads, the BIS does not make guarantees as to the accuracy nor the completeness of the speeches. The views expressed in these speeches are those of the speakers and not of the BIS. Use of the content is allowed for noncommercial purposes, and in line with the BIS terms and conditions.
