The interviews are typically part of a two-stage process, with the second stage being an onsite interview, which is usually a day-long process. You'll have the chance to meet your future line manager and colleagues, demonstrate your suitability for the position, and learn about life at the BIS so you can decide whether this is the right move for you. We'll cover the travel and accommodation expenses for your trip.
