
Ulrike Elsenhuber
Ulrike Elsenhuber's responsibilities include handling the banking relationship of BIS customers, negotiating all customer investment operations and coordinating asset management, foreign exchange and gold services. Between 2015 and 2019, Ulrike worked in the Asset Management unit, where she developed several BIS Investment Pools and specialised in sustainable investment products. Ulrike is a member of the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) Workstream 3 on Portfolio Management and Market Transparency and has contributed to several publications on sustainable investing and impact reporting published by the NGFS and the G20 Sustainable Finance Working Group. Before joining the BIS in 2011, Ulrike worked at the Austrian National Bank (OeNB) in Vienna and New York. She holds university degrees in business and law and a PhD in Social and Economic Sciences from Johannes Kepler University of Linz, Austria.
