
Magdalena Erdem
Magdalena Erdem joined the BIS in 2006 and has worked on a number of research projects related to monetary policy, financial markets and institutions. After joining the BIS, she worked for six months at the BIS Asian Office in Hong Kong SAR. Ms Erdem holds an MSc in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland (she graduated in two specialisations: Quantitative Methods and Information Systems and Finance and Banking), an MA in economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a PhD in economics from the International Doctorate in Economic Analysis (IDEA) programme of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
