Leanne Si Ying Zhang

Leanne joined the BIS Innovation Hub Hong Kong Centre in July 2022, where she works as an adviser focusing on CBDC-related projects. Before joining the BIS, Leanne was an Economist at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, where her research focused on equity pricing, supply chains and climate risks. Leanne holds an MPhil in economics from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McGill University.
