Credential Checking and Code of Conduct for Contractors forms
For reasons of security and to ensure appropriate standard of behavior and confidentiality all BIS contractors must sign the "Code of Conduct for Contractors" form and undergo the credential checking procedure prior to commencement of work.
Please download, fill in, sign and submit the completed forms to the BIS by post or fax 5 working days prior to arrival at the BIS premises. Please be aware that access to the BIS premises may not be granted if the above requirements are not fulfilled.

Aus Sicherheitsgründen und mit Blick auf angemessenes Verhalten und Vertraulichkeit müssen alle Externen, die für die BIZ tätig sind, vor Arbeitsantritt den „Verhaltenskodex für Externe, die für die Bank tätig sind" unterzeichnen, und es muss für sie eine Identitäts- und Sicherheitsüberprüfung durchgeführt werden.
Bitte die Formulare herunterladen und ausfüllen. Senden Sie die ausgefüllten und unterzeichneten Formulare 5 Werktage vor Beginn Ihrer Arbeit bei der BIZ per Post oder Telefax an die BIZ. Wenn diese Anforderungen nicht erfüllt sind, kann der Zutritt zu den BIZ-Gebäuden verweigert werden.
