In August 2011, the CPSS and the Technical Committee of IOSCO released their consultative document Report on OTC derivatives data reporting and aggregation requirements with a request that any comments be provided by 23 September 2011. These comments, in PDF format, are available below.
The committees thank those who have taken the time and effort to express their views. The final version of the document is expected to be published in January 2012.
