The Red Book on payment, clearing and settlement systems in the CPSS member countries is periodically revised. Following the enlargement of the CPSS to 24 countries in 2009, the Red Book for the CPSS countries will now be issued in two volumes: the first volume with 10 CPSS countries was published in September 2011 and the second volume with the other 14 CPSS countries and chapters on euro area and international payment arrangements is planned to be published later in 2012. The statistical annex for the CPSS countries is updated annually in both provisional and final versions.
Other countries, in cooperation with the CPSS, have also published Red Books on their payment, clearing and settlement systems: Serbia in 2007, Sri Lanka in 2004, Lebanon, Kazakhstan and Russia in 2003, Singapore and Belarus in 2001, Israel in 2000, the Southern African Development Community in 1999, the Czech Republic and Korea in 1997, Norway and Iceland in 1995, and Finland in 1994.
