This year, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) is celebrating its 75th anniversary.

To mark this special occasion, the BIS has opened its doors to the public with an exhibition entitled this is the biz.

The exhibition explores the origins and history of the BIS, tracing its development from a largely European institution to a truly global one. It also celebrates the close relationship between the BIS and the city of Basel.

Here is a glimpse inside the exhibition.

When will the exhibition take place?

The exhibition is now open and will run until Tuesday 12 July 2005.

It is open every day, including weekends, from 10:00 to 18:30 (Wednesdays until 20:00).
