The operational reliability of a financial market infrastructure (FMI) may be dependent on the continuous and adequate functioning of third-party service providers that are critical to an FMI&amp;#39;s operations, such as information technology and messaging providers. Although an FMI remains ultimately responsible for its operational reliability, a regulator, supervisor or overseer of an FMI may use annex F to establish expectations specifically targeted to critical service providers.</dcterms:abstract>

The report provides guidance to financial market infrastructures such as CCPs on how to develop plans to enable them to recover from threats to their viability and financial strength that might prevent them from continuing to provide critical services to their participants and the markets they serve.</dcterms:abstract>

For a broad range of authorities and official international financial institutions, it is essential to be able to access the data needed to fulfil their respective mandates while maintaining the confidentiality of the data pursuant to the laws of relevant jurisdictions.</dcterms:abstract>
